Shandur polo festival 2023 Update

Shandur Polo Update :

Shandur polo festival has been scheduled from 7th, July 2023 to 9th July 2023 at Shandur polo Ground Phander Gilgit Baltistan. The festival is hosted by the Gilgit Baltistan Government. Tourists from all over the World as well as the other districts of Gilgit Baltistan enjoy the event. In the opening match of the festival, Laspur Chitral scored 16 goals and Ghizer scored only 4. The final match will be played between Chital and Gilgit on the third day of the event. The Weather, the People, and the Beautiful land Welcome Tourists from all over the World.

In the second match, a thrilling match has been played between Chitral team D and Gilgit team D. After the competition Gilgit team D declare the winner by 6-4 scours.

In the third match Team, Mastuj Chitral came to the ground to play a polo match against team Yasin Ghizer. In the very last minutes, Team Mastuj Chitral won the match by 7-6.

Finally, Chitral won 2 matches.

On the third day on July 9, 2023, the final match has been played between Chitral A v/s Gilgit A. After a very tough competition team, Chitral scored 10 goals while Team Gilgit scored 7 goals. Finally, the Chitral team won the tournament and was declared the champion for the year 2022.
